Hi, Wow Dr. Lyon I Love your work, your approach and your *sharpness* . I m a Naturopath in the south of France. I didn't understand here why amazing Dr. Devkota didn't mention anything about pro-inflammatory foods who have been proven to be a major problem for leaky gut ...gluten - milk- phytic acid foods.. Gluten has been found to be a problem for 3/4 of Western population.

all plants we eat that didn't exist in actual form before we started modifying them to become digestible by farming are by default inhumane so obviously harm us but milk is to similar to natural human form to be a problem (except the processed) Asians ate rice for thousands of years without big problems, it's plant with least toxic stuff, lower in gluten too but just when they started eating processed form it became as toxic as all the rest of plants not mentioning what fields are fertilised now and how different it is from natural way she ignored much more that this 😂

For Parkinson...the probiotic to prevent or repair is called Sugar Shift. Its also works for diabetes. Another one for diabetes or pre diabetes is Glucose Control by Pendulum

Your Microbiome is where the Subconscious resides, it’s like our Soul, mysterious, invisible and guides all our decisions. Feed it well!

Great part 2! Takeaway-It’s all about the diet. Then, prebiotics could be useful. Probiotics seem to be a waste of money without real personal medical data to justify use. Interesting discussion what can harm gut health, such a antibiotics. Hope I’m close…

if you have histamine problems and antihistamine probiotic makes bigger change than anything else, and it's really hard to lower histamine to tolerated dose as everything has this crap or spikes it in body it depends which probiotics are good and which opposite bad for you how else will you seed needed but lost bacteria if not by directly replenishing it? you won't go kissing wild mammals to regain bacteria lost because of dumb mother giving birth wrong hole and feeding you crap

Can we convince the “kill the bugs, viruses, bacteria, the germs” sterilize everything culture that we need and thrive best when we work with the microbes rather than instantly labeling them the enemy?

Now the question arises that : parabacteroides distasonis that is enriched in a gut that is protein restricted is a next generation probiotic in its own right. It is being studied for arthritis, obesity, Type 2 diabeties and a few other diseases. Does this mean a low protein diet is good for us? However it seems to also be enhancing Type 1 diabeties!!

There are good gut bacteria that survive on gluten so it should be certified organic because much of the wheat is sprayed with glyphosate which hardshell microbiome

Blood type A do well on veg diet as they easily convert amino acids to complete proteins. Type O cannot & do poorly. Type B is flexible

no matter how well you convert aminoacids if you are vegan you usually don't balance their sources properly (what's already balanced in RL human food as meat eggs fish dairy seafood) because you need ALL or while process is downgraded to the most limited aminoacid plus blood types doesn't matter who your parent is and where they come from means much more you are primed to your environment through inhabiting mom's stomach lol and what she eats what she does how much stress she gets and her conditions as diabetes

diversity is not health at all times Africans have much more diversified biom and as you can imagine at a constant fight Europeans have less diversified more basic milk related biom now tell me who is getting sick more often? if you live in crazy environment you need crazy diversity because you compete by numbers and random survival conditions in other environment you get adapted and your biom stabilises because it isn't im life threatening situation especially if you aren't starving living in overdrive kills you much faster
