✔️Sweetener (Stevia 1/2 teaspoon)
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 159.65 kcal.
Protein - 10.76 g.
Fat - 12.15 g.
Carbohydrate - 3.31 g.
INGREDIENTS Recipe #2:
✔️ 100 g coconut flour.
✔️ 4 eggs.
✔️ 60 grams of butter.
✔️ 220 ml milk (vegetable milk is possible).
✔️ 2 teaspoons stevia (or sweetener to taste)
✔️ 3 teaspoons of baking powder.
✔️ 2 tablespoons instant coffee + 3 tablespoons hot water).
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 199.1 kcal.
Protein - 8.5g.
Fat - 13.3 g.
