It’s 545 am and I’m looking up low carb pizza crust. The struggle is real y’all

Excellent! Been making these and the one thing I was missing (besides adding the pepperoni in addition to the cheese between the tortillas) was the broiler. My pizzas weren't getting the cheese melted enough just using the stove top covering method. Now to see if my oven really has a broiler (even though the knob says "broil").
