Perfect if you are Like being on your own, Actually I do like being left alone at my age now. What kind of fishing? I'm a Fly Fisherman for Trout.. any Trout nearby ? Any friendly SABAE ( Sasquatch ) around? They'll always keep you occupied, especially if juveniles around, causing havoc, but just being youngins , they mean no harm..

The septic system design is done and lots of land, no hill slope and wide open ready to installed on cleared land. $5500 if you shop around and can do yourself if you have equipment and knowledge in Maine... just have a LPI (licensed plumbing inspector) check over and say you are good to go!

Trees grow yearly and an acre of ground creates a cord of wood annually. A homestead is going to want open space to set up the chicken house, to plant the row crops and pasture in the fencing for critters.
