My Curried Cauliflower Dish
1 White Onion, peeled & roughly chopped
4 cloves Garlic, peeled
2 Green Chillis
3 tbs Tomato Puree
1 tsp Ground Turmeric
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Mace
1 tsp Ground Fenugreek
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 Cauliflowers outer leaves removed, cut into large florets
3 tbs Flaked Almonds
3 tbs Sultanas or Raisons
Serve with
Drizzle of Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh Coriander
Rice
Rachels Soup
300g/2 cups Pasta
1 Leek, finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, finely sliced
thumb-sized piece Ginger, finely chopped
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 Bunches Spring/Winter Greens, shredded
1 can Butter Beans
1 litre Vegetable Stock
1 tbs Miso Paste
1 Bay Leaf
Juice Half a Lemon
Handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
1 tbs Nutritional Yeast flakes

So it's probably just me and wishful thinking but I śwear everything he kept saying kept feeling sexual when he was cutting her greens. 😏. Lol. And smiling while saying it but like first it was How do you want me to chop your leek? Then again the Garlic, How do you want me to chop it, with a bit of a smirk amd The bigger your the thymb the better! like...ok. lol. But the reason I think my mind went there is because after 10 years of being with my husband I've learned that they literally sexualized anything and everything even when you're having a normal conversation. Honestly yall i really wanted to see that chemistry but I seen the opposite..dont want to be the party bummer. There were some awkard moments and a hit of feeling a bit intimidating ( you know that feeling when were ocerthinking or the devil speaking lies)..we all been there you know so no hate here. There were some ease off at the end and felt more warming then the beginning. I dont know if anyone thought the same thing bit still LOVE YOU GUYS BOTH MUCH LOVE AND BLESSINGS. May be in the future he can come in your film setting switch it up a notch lol with a twist.

great video, great food! rachel is such an adorably vibrant personality and a wonderful cook. your vocabulary had grown so well and your descriptions since you've started have become quite eloquent and it's a joy to watch your videos. people who give negative, hurtful, non-constructive comments are either coming from a place of envy or are lashing out because they feel empowered by the anonymity of the platform and either think it's funny or they're generally negative and hurtful. spreading your recipes and love of cooking and the creativity and beauty of your videos uplifts those who watch and appreciate what you do and hopefully you can ignore the ''haters'' because they make up a very small percentage of your audience and what they say is inconsequential as dirt, compost such garbage and use it to fertilize growth. i told my kids that and tell my grand kids that too now. thank you gaz for your wonderful videos!

Wonderful to see two of my favorite inspirations coming together. I'm really happy to hear about your new cookbook. I've written to you before and you are such an inspiration to me when I watch you cook, you're videos just make me want to go get cooking. But; with that being said, you're right, they are very involved. As I have serious health issues and am outrageously older than I feel I should be, my finances are limited, as are many others my age. I'm still saving a bit here and a bit there to afford some of the utensils I need to make my life easier when cooking Vegan. I mean, just saving for the cookbooks I want is a struggle. Thank you for simplifying some of your recipes and making them more cost-effective, but don't ever stop with the gourmet recipes because we all need them too. Yes, that was a lovely soup she prepared, but it didn't seem representative of her true style and mastery of cooking. I made Rachel’s soup today, it is incredibly delicious!! I used rice noodles (gluten free) and added broccoli. Greens=spinach. I used white miso as that is what I had. So. Very. Good. Def a keeper. Thank you so much, Rachel and Gaz, for sharing this wonderful recipe!
