So glad I've found this channel, I've been really struggling to eat more healthily, to have ideas (hard to get motivated when you feel rough) and I've really been wanting to go vegan but find it a struggle when I have Ibs. Thank you for the tips, ideas and motivation x

Nice recipe ..keep it up I have started FODMAP after being inspired by you . I was on Dairy and sugar free diet before that.. Have said bye-bye to bread and roti. It's almost three weeks.

I have baked some sourdough bread and hope it suits me. I did saw your video than got more information on Sourdough . Your video on detecting fake sourdough bread was very helpful . I do have a lot of issues with garlic and onions. And with a heavy heart I have still not tasted mangoes of the season

You can digest melons together with other food? In every food combining thing melons should be eaten separately even from other types of fruit. I mean, it's amazing you can digest that. I don't have a diagnosed IBS, but I do have a lot of the symptoms and I can't do melons with anything else for sure.

What food combing things? It's just cantaloupes though because of their low fodmap content, I couldn't have other melons x

Mimijona there is a saying out there. If you eat melon, eat only melon, nothing else, but not sure why.

They are, but 1/3 is low FODMAP according to the Monash fodmap app x
