This will be perfect to add as an extended warmup for my Low Impact Simply Fit Board workout with you! I have also added the floor work from your 21 day challenge. All those squats are really hard on me but all your workouts can easily be modified! You Rock!

Excellent workout! Surely one of the best! Rosalie enthusiasm y so contagious that you keep going. I do it every day! I have been recovering from hip bursitis and hernia, so I couldn´t run any more nor use my eliptycal machine, but Rosalie´s video kept me sweating and exercising just as much! I AM SO GRATEFUL! Thank you!

I have been doing this exercise off and on for several years with good success the first few times. Currently I am back on. I am wondering how many calories are burned doing this exercise routine.
