Scott: Years ago I was reading an exercise physiology book. What the author said about the function of the upper pecs changed the course of my life! (kind-uh!) Here's what he said. "The upper pec allows you to TOUCH YOUR OPPOSITE EAR" !!!! That is the definitive upper pec exercise. It"s unilateral - A cable exercise off of the low pulley. Bend forward, Grab exercise handle and flex right arm fully (past 90 degrees) Place left hand on left knee to stabilize. Turn right hand so that back of hand faces chin. Skim back of hand from beneath right chin - across and upward - past and above left ear. Keep elbow locked. There must be no flexion or extension of right arm. Position feet so that you are facing inward to low pulley at about 20 degrees. This will keep cable from rubbing on right forearm. This exercise is REVOLUTIONARY!! Forget about all other upper pec exercises! Someday when we can talk I'll explain the fine points. Try this! It's worth $1,000,000

That @ 4:09 was more intense than most workout videos with original audio I've seen.

Scott Stevenson Beautifully played out, Doc! I was just showing a friend how gracefully you've conducted yourself to failure.

LOL - Thanks, man. On that exercise, I was going very slow and controlled to be sure not to cause any agitate / impinge my biceps (which I have a tendency to do). SO, the lighter weight and slow tempo makes for a nice grind at the end. :) :) :)
