My hair is so fine that it’s high porosity and any time I wear it in a style that is not a bun or twists or such it dries out in like 2 seconds lol so I’m looking for products that will help me.

the silk protein mask really helps with make the hair stronger. also you would use the leave in and oil to seal the moisture in

My hair is the same and I used to have the same problem. But putting my leave in conditioner on in the shower on soaking wet hair was a game changer for me. And I swear by the Mane Choice Tropical Moringa Leave in. The slip is unmatched! 😍 Then I have to seal with oil AND butter to make the moisture last. Hope that helps 😊

I agree with you Michelle, my hair is low porosity too and it takes time to fully get it wet! I don’t pay people no mine, keep doing you! I been still using the products too!❤🙏🏽

thank you and I'm actually hoping I won't need to cut too much when I straighten it

Hopefully not! I can't wait to be able to pull my hair down from the back with my hand like you did on the video. Lol! I have a long ways to go.

I get annoyed when folk discuss hair in absolutes. There are few things that apply to everyone. Thanks for sharing your experiences. It is appreciated.
@FineNaturalHairandFaith2 жыл бұрын
she tried to say it was scientifically proven because of crime scene investigations and how all the black ppl that were tested had high porosity hair. there was more to it but I just couldn't watch further.

Hey Michelle, the products are really working great for you. Ho we long do you want your hair to get? ⚘️

girl let's see. LOL! I'd go for waist length but honestly I have to see if I would go past that because I know it's a lot of work. I think waist is fine

Great tutorial on your third style from Janet Davies' arsenal. I will be washing my hair on Sunday and following your lead. My least favorite was the slick pony. I did not like the feel of my hair being slicked down and frankly, it was not the most becoming style for me... I really am looking forward to December and your blowout, trim and hair straightening. And of course, I will be following suit to finish the three month low manipulation routine!

now see that was my 2nd favorite style. this current braid out is my least favorite. I can't wait to see what things will be like when I trim!
@rinawallace19622 жыл бұрын
@@FineNaturalHairandFaith LOL! I just don't like my hair slicked down. I am not fond of braid outs either! My very favorite hair style on you, and one me, is blown out loose twists and twist outs. Yours were gorgeous! I also am really looking forward to a trim. I may have to do a very light dusting before December...

@@FineNaturalHairandFaith Oh! My heat cap started losing the seeds inside of it a few weeks ago. So, I was happy to see your recommendation for the electric one. I just ordered it.

@@rinawallace1962 yes I had the same thing happen with my Hot Head. I have a 2nd one but don't use it as often. Plus it doesn't really stay hot long enough for me
@FineNaturalHairandFaith2 жыл бұрын
@@rinawallace1962 I love the slick look :) Its so low maintenance too but if I want to actually "see" my hair, the stretched twist/braid out is it!

Your hair is looking really healthy! After you wash, do you deep condition and wash that out followed by the leave in conditioner? Can't you just leave the deep conditioner in as a leave in? Discard a step?
@FineNaturalHairandFaith2 жыл бұрын
hey nope...I follow instructions :-) DCs aren't formulated to leave in the hair although I know ppl do it!

I don't think my hair takes a long time to get wet in my opinion but it definitely does not dry out fast. My hair stays moisturized for a long time.

Maybe you have medium porosity hair.

Hi Michelle, another great video as always. Thanks for sharing! I have a question, do you always alternate between the ultimate strength hair mask and the ultimate moisture deep conditioner every wash day (two weeks)?
@FineNaturalHairandFaith2 жыл бұрын
Hi Patrice, yes I do alternate. If I was washing weekly like I used to, I'd only use the silk strengthening mask monthly. I like that it's actually balanced though
@patricedavis96792 жыл бұрын
@@FineNaturalHairandFaith Thanks so much Michelle, since it is balanced, I wonder if it may be ok to use every wash day.

God certainly did not make us all the same, amen! We each have unique DNA, skin tones, hair types and patterns just in one ethnicity group alone, imagine every other ethnicity group, let’s not use silly blanket statements on people, we are all individuals and should understand not all black people have one type of hair or any other ethnicity groups have one type of hair, etc. 🙏🏽
