had the same issue on my 610-4 (oddly enough, exact same year and color as yours) - it turned out to be a deeper rooted issue, had to always have oil in the frunk and did top-ups every 1000-2000km cause the light came on. It turned out to be a really bad oil leak, motor had to come out... 40k later. Best of luck my man.

Don’t be stupid. Change your oil every 5k or less. Your Lamborghini engine isn’t special and the engineers didn’t create anything new. Oil changes should never go more than 5k miles.
