A week ago I installed such a lamp from Moon on my Tobacco. Turn on the strobe function in it (there is a small button inside the lamp). You will be much more visible on the road and it will make a better impression when braking.

Supposedly and I think their website says so...the light is a "supplemental" turn signal. Not that I care all that much, I do like getting rid of the lolly-pops. State inspections might be a bit difficult depending on the inspector. Bring bribe money or food or whatever for inspection cuz that pipe certainly doesn't pass muster. My same pipe is sooo loud. I love it. Sometimes I am inclined to forget the state inspection.

That's the good thing about NJ. No state inspection on bikes. You are responsible for your bike being in shape.

Dig the setup, gonna order it. What lay down license plate bracket you running? Also does the tail light have illumination on the plate or did you get an illumination plate frame?

Due to the fenders cracking under the wieght of the tail light assembly I completely removed it from mine.

The original is better visibility to your bike for others on the road. The OEM looks equally good if not better. I feel it’s a meaningless expenditure.

No matter if your bike is lit up like a ambulance, some people will still not see and even pull out in front of you. Dont be fooled into a false sense of security, by adding LED lights. If a front LED light helps you see better in the dark cool, but dont bet your life people are going to see you. Ride like you're invisible.

Nope...no. likey. I prefer and what I did, was installed the edgeline lights from advanblack. More visibility at night than that tiny light is not enough. Don't get caught in the rain. No one will see you.

Hey Everyone, just want to inform everyone that this is NOT the way to remove the rear fender and is very likely to get scratched. I’m embarrassed for him and the shop for this. Some tools are just not sharp
