I guess my biggest fear was not knowing for sure if it was the right thing to do, thought i might be doing more harm then good and having to rely on another medication for the rest of my life. another fear i still have is getting a blood clot or stroke and or perhaps not living as long as i would have otherwise if i hadnt taken it, although no one knows how long they will live anyways. That being said im 37 years old and i started with a base testosterone level of 348-512 being the highest ive seen it , on average it would hover around 380-420 my FT was 7ng/dl-11 being the highest, E2 was 28pmol. My symptoms that i thought were related to low testosterone at the time were ED, zero libido and bad fatigue, so i decided to just go for it and see if it would help (been dealing with it for 6 years). I started off with a compound cream applied to the scrotum twice a day for a total of 100mg a day . By day 3 bam couldnt even believe how great i felt and it wasnt even the libido and ED that i noticed improvement on, it was my bad depression and mood problems i didnt even think would be related to testosterone at the time. 1 year later im feeling amazing with high energy concentration and motivation, depression has seriously subsided as well as my mood issues i was dealing with, ED and libido back to normal and maybe a little too much on the libido part at times lol. So far im very thankful i started, the positives have outweighed most of my fears. It is very encurraging seeing someone who has been on this medication for so long, your videos are amazing and inspiring please keep up the amazing content.

My fear was the risk of losing hair and fertility issues but after doing extensive research I came to the conclusion that once you start this treatment you are committing yourself to living a healthier lifestyle. For me this meant avoiding processed foods, soy based products and sugars. I now have a specific meal plan along with a regular training schedule. This has helped tremendously with the overall treatment

Always have a surplus to get you through supply chain issues. It’s too important not to. I don’t think it’s likely an economic collapse would separate you from your treatment. The 2008 Great Recession had no negative effects on TRT in the USA.

My biggest concern is not using TRT is what would happen if we see the fall of big pharma, their are a few people that can no longer get certain medications and a lot is going on behind the scenes. What would we do if for some reason could no longer get testosterone do to shipping delays or even a collapse of the pharmaceuticals. Something to think about.

Testosterone has been available as a prescription for over 50 years I don’t think it will be taken away. There are supply disruptions from time to time but there are alternative forms of TRT available.

Great video. Very helpful. Question. I live in Israel, where it is virtually impossible to get a Dr. to prescribed a guy HRT. Women? No problem. But a man? Very difficult. Antiquated and unrealistic guidlines. They will not even test you for Free T!! So with this being said, and wishing to be under Drs. supervision, can I do this online with your group, perhaps along with an initial, in office conultation and yearly follow up?

Why is it that the NHS use Nibido, and put all there patients on it, wouldn’t they have done many tests, and trials before making Nibido the drug they go too, I’m seriously thinking about getting on TRT but was wondering why they would use this over all the medications

Cookie cutter approach to a topic that they aren't experienced enough in. This is why you have private clinics such as ours that have TRT Expert Clinicians on hand to support you and get you on a treatment plan that makes you feel right and actually does Balance Your Hormones.

In my last 3 blood tests, my testosterone levels were 240. Which one doctor said is just below normal and another said was really low. I’m predisposed to anxiety and panic attacks. So I guess I’m concerned that I may have out-of-control panic attacks after I take testosterone. Is that something I should be concerned with? I am thinking about starting off Microdosing. Would that be advised?

Sorry it jus happen. 1)My question is that 250mg enantate every 3 weeks is good for testosterone opimization,does it work? 2)my total t is 500ng/dl but my free t is 10pg/ml which low, how to increase free t, is there and drug can we use?
@balancemyhormones
@balancemyhormones Жыл бұрын
250mg every 3 weeks is not optimal and there are more effective protocols available. Raising total t is the best way to get optimal free t. Also try getting a calculated free t as many assays can be inaccurate. But if you do have low free t then understanding why is a first goood step but I suspect you may have an elevated Shbg which you can use to calculate your free t.

Firstly I had to use our Testosterone Conversion tool which you can find on our website here: balancemyhormones.co.uk/testosterone-units-conversion-tool/ Your levels would be 4.85nmol/L or 140ng/dl which is very low and wll within the guidelines. We would need to see the Prolactin levels and have additional tests. I would be more fearful of having those low levels over time and there are options to help keep the testes in size if HCG is available this can be added to the TRT. If you are in the EU or UK contact us and we can help.

I dose 40 mg if T every day and 10 mg of nandrolone every day. I also use DHEA, pregnenolone and progesterone every day. My biggest fear is not being able to get my prescription of testosyerone and nandrolone in a timely manor. I would prefer to be able to purchase at least a years supply at a time. For me that woukd be s bit more than 7x 10 mL vials. unfortunately, I can only get a 1 month supply at every refill. That sucks as I have to stay on it and count my researves and reorder when I get down to a 2 week supply. I worry about supply disruptions and/or producton problems.

Using anabolic steroids or other hormonal supplements without a medical need may have risks and side effects. It's crucial to follow the advice and guidance of a healthcare professional who can monitor your health, provide appropriate treatment, and ensure safe use of these medications. Regarding the concern of supply disruptions or production problems, it's understandable to worry about these possibilities. However, it's best to discuss these concerns with your doctor or pharmacist, who can provide information about the availability of your medications and any possible alternatives.

@@balancemyhormones Medical Proffesional doesn't mean at all...that standard doctors which take insurance; will know how to treat you correctly if you need hormone therapy. Those types of doctor; which far outnumber competent hormonal doctors; do not even screen patients well for hormonal deficiencies...and do a horrible job even if they treat you at all. .and they are fickle enough to remove your prescription on a whim...and they are experts in fearmongering I go to a competent hormonal clinic. Its expensive but I know they wont yank my medication like many standard doctors do or they just wont give you proper amounts or dosing proticals.....I know! Standard doctors nearly drove me to suicide by not refilling my prescription back in late 2019

Low t to me is not a medically necessary condition; it’s like throwing a bandage on a full body 3rd degree burn as it is more akin to being a lifestyle situation (addressing a symptom not the cause) that could ultimately injure or kill you, for you are just masking the real underlying problem. Dietary changes as well as psychological and environmental factors that trigger epigenetic responses are more responsible for these changes; addressing these could be more beneficial to long term quality health and longevity. Lower testosterone with age has also shown protective anti-cancerous properties along a myriad of other synergistic functions that may be more natural than we or big pharma would like you to believe.
@balancemyhormones
@balancemyhormones Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment. While lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and stress management are certainly important for overall health and well-being, low testosterone levels can be a medically necessary condition that requires treatment. Testosterone plays a critical role in a number of bodily functions, including maintaining bone density, muscle mass, and sex drive. In addition, low testosterone levels have been linked to an increased risk of conditions such as osteoporosis, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. It's also important to note that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can be a safe and effective treatment option for men with low testosterone levels. TRT is carefully monitored by a medical professional and can help improve symptoms such as fatigue, decreased libido, and depression. It's true that there are potential risks associated with TRT, but these risks can be minimized through appropriate monitoring and management. Ultimately, the decision to pursue TRT should be made in consultation with a healthcare provider based on an individual's specific medical history and symptoms. For some men, TRT may be a necessary and beneficial treatment option to improve their quality of life and overall health.

A guess you can call it a health craze but it’s been long overdue. It’s unfortunate that we’ve come to having to Replace our testosterone as well as other hormones but that’s the world we live in. We are assaulted by endocrine disrupting chemicals from the womb to the grave so we need to be able to balance our hormones to compensate in some cases. Some of us have succumbed to the damage by the endocrine disruption and others may have other conditions or trauma that affect the brain or testes which has a negative effect on optimal hormone production.
