I discovered that my dr had increased my weekly dosage by 25 % without conferring with me. What I thought was my combat PTSD was returning was in reality a continuing weekly over dosage of testosterone. Many of the symptoms are the same. I got tested to confirm my suspicions and my new reading was no longer in the 850 range. In 8 short weeks it was now 1247! Fluoride affects the endocrine system, pituitary gland, and pineal gland. So why do they add it to drinking water?
@michaelfavata272010 ай бұрын
There is a real simple answer: tooth decay. It's a real problem. Also those problems haven't been demonstrated in fluoridated water at about 1 ppm which is around where most public water supplies shoot for.

@@michaelfavata2720 That is a terrible answer. First if all, Fluoride is a neurotoxin and clearly has other issues like calcifying your organs. Second, it’s only effective for cavities topically. Sleep is extremely important as this is when your testosterone levels replenish. Improve your sleep and see if this helps. - Go to sleep before midnight and aim for same time every night - Don't eat 2 hours before bed - Don't expose yourself to very bright lights a few hours before bed as this stops your body from releasing enough melatonin hormone to help you fall asleep - Don't exercise before bed - Aim to wake up naturally, not using an alarm clock. This way you know you rested enough - You will know your testosterone levels are replenishing as you will experience nocturnal and morning wood. - another way you will know you have deep sleep is that you are experiencing dreams - make sure your room is cool, comfortable bed and no noise.

@DM-eo6zw I'm just going off my personal experience. I was on lyrica for nerve pain (for reoccurring shingles on my head)for several years and it put alot of weight on me no matter the diet or exercise. I then got off lyrica and went on to topamax for the headaches and because the Med is wt neutral or possibly can help wt loss. Topamax can reduce cerebral spinal fluid. Topamax help some with the headaches but just changing meds I dropped weigh consistently for several months (25-30kg) without really trying and the intracranial hypertension headaches went. I still get headaches but are related to the shingles and are a very different type of headache. So I think in my situation it was from the wt gain I got off lyrica, how excess wt increases pressure, I don't know. It was frustrating time seeing specialists and finding out what was going on. From what I researched on it, weight loss if your overweight is the main treatment or they can put shunts in to drain the fluid or take topamax. The money spent on specialists didn't really help other than rule out other conditions. It was my idea to get off lyrica and go on topamax. Good luck 🤞

@@Likesforhire A lot of telemedicine companies are available now that offer it via home testing and compound pharmacies. I got mine thru Maximus Tribe. Just got an email yesterday that they are offering oral TRT in combo with the enclo/pregnenolone. It requires more extensive testing and I want to give the enclo a chance first. My LH was low at 2.2 so if I can boost that the test should come up via “natural” production.

that is scraping the bottom of the barrel so to speak, the range of "normal" that general practitioners use is 200-1000. So even if u were at 201 they'd just say its normal. i would talk to a hormone specialist or maybe an endocrinologist. derek (guy in the white shirt) also has an online clinic, marek health, could be worth checking out if u are seeking for some sort of treatment, they have options that dont require full HRT.

Your asking Derek for medical advice like he’s a doctor when Derek is just a steroid user that learned how to google search NIH studies and became familiar with the medical terminology in the late 2000s… He was big on the forums back in the late 2000s… back the. It was like a competition on the forums to see who knew the lost and who was the most familiar with studies. there’s a million self proclaimed scientists out there, people Derek’s age and my age had the advantage of open online forums, and I know heroin addicts from blue light more knowledgeable than him. It’s crazy he got so famous just from knowing how to use the NIH search engine, and saying big words so people thought he was a genius. He uses unnecessary big words to seem intelligent. When a simplified version would be less stupid. It’s crazy your getting medical advice from him when he’s just a typical drug user. Even Joe Rohan thought he was a chemist, just because the way Derek spoke. Desperately trying to look like he’s more than an average drug user . He’s the perfect example of fake it untill you make it.
