Men's testosterone levels have been on the decline the past few decades. Plastics and other crap in the environment are to blame. Plus poor diet and lack of physical activity. I think we should be having a serious discussion about men's testosterone levels plummeting. I know people like to joke about this sort of thing, but when millions of men suffer from anxiety, depression, fatigue, low libido, and other poor quality of life issues due to low testosterone, we are in the midst of different kind of pandemic that affects everyone adversely. Low birth rates, unhappy relationships, crimes, suicides, etc all affect society adversely.

You are absolutely correct. This is due to a shift to sedentary lifestyles over the last few decades. Also due to the rise of feminism in the west which has caused women to dress like men. Lack of visual stimulation and arguments over gender roles etc. Many problems here in the west. Not true in other parts of the world where men can still be men and are respected to be so.😀

All of that diet and weight and other stuff is largely bro-science based on correlation studies. Testosterone is, in general, most affected by psychosocial factors. Therefore, the stress factor that you mention dwarfs all others in importance. The sleep factor is also important, but in fact bad sleep is just another form of stress that people may endure. However, eating well and exercising and so on can certainly be beneficial for testosterone levels, but their effect is probably mostly based on a general increase in psychosocial well-being. It should be noted, however, that not eating well and not exercising is also often caused by environmental stress factors that cause the individual to be psychologically distracted from such activities.

Good video, except for the comment about "Healthy fats". Your comment about healthy fats is partially based on old advices that has been debunked and that has no scientific evidence. Saturated fat from natural animal sources is perfectly safe and good choices. Like fat from your steak/ground beef, butter, lard, tallow, dairy etc. While many plant based oils are not natural for humans to consume and leads to inflamations. Though the ones you mentioned is the best ones, as opposed to others like safflower oil, soy oil, margarines etc.

Source ? who needs a source these days. You are expected to rely on all my answers as truth. Thats because I strongly feel that way. And feelings matter. Now, I feel that estrogen is being used as a depopulation weapon , call it a gut feeling. Im sure many agree with my feelings that exogenous estrogen is a relativly new bioweapon that the Gates foundation has been experimenting with in Sudan,Eithopia, and military privates. If the exonegenous estrogen is not discontinued as a bioweapon the writings of the misanthropic oligarchs will be manifested (source : Georgia guidestones) . The rate of increased Gynecomastia is aproximately 320% among prepuberesent teens and is on the rise. I feel that when 5 G is functional many young men will be able to be targeted for sterilization and rendered thus as a pure introduction of The Gates Eugenics paradigm. The depopulation effort, spearheaded by Gates and Fauchi and Clinton Foundation is simple misanthropic altr-agenda hidden in plain sight. Unfortunately 95% of Americans are so profoundly affected by a conglomeration of pathogenic chemicals like heavy metals in chemtrails and fluoride in water, opiods, iatrogenic meds, over perscribed meds like adderral, pornography(although non chemical its most profoundly weaponized against young men). I really feel (same as AOC) that I dont need sources because the neoliberal left never bothers with sources. Right now the elite Oligarchy is getting ready to roll out the final solution , according to Bill Gates. Soon mm microwaves and vaccines will be ubiquitous and theres nothing we can do about it at this point. Chemtrails and water toxins and gmo mod foods have run their course, generating a population of retarded group consciousness. They will never wake up. If you are still reading this and understand the implications of building 6 you will most likely be selected to survive and thrive. Fast, Prey and meditate. Oh and never never never disregard ammendment 2. BTW- feelings are not fact . Sources are available, read "Logos Rising" by Dr. E. M. Jones

What's the difference between drinking from the plastic? , hence the water is already coupled with the plastic, so drinking water in the cup makes noi much difference hence the water will still be transferred from the plastic to the cup.

I have really low testosterone 230 measured in the afternoon 3-4pm, I’m 21 years old. I had gynecomastia that had grown larger in one breast since I was 15-16 which I think is obviously due to high estrogen, does this point towards primary or secondary hypogonadism or does these factors not really matter towards diagnosis?

*When a 21 year old male has Testosterone levels of 900 (I did) or more why do they have great heads of hair? Why can 21 year old men pee 7 feet on demand with Testosterone levels of 900? It's not effecting their prostate either! There is a LOT more going on than just high Testosterone levels. Can anyone tell me the WHOLE hormone story of what is going on in a younger males blood? There MUST be a reason these SOARING high testosterone levels make hair grow fast and shrink the prostate in the younger male population. In fact my hair fell out and my prostate grew by 60% in the 5 year period from ages 31 to 36 EXACTLY when my Testosterone levels dropped by 70%. I went to the Dr. ever year and have my full hormone history in writing from ages 21 to 58 - What am I missing here??? It seems to me young men should not have any hair and their prostates should be ready to explode so it can't be JUST the Testosterone since those levels PEAK from 18 to 28 years of age. What and I missing?*
