Nice. I suggest that you add a flyback diode across the relay in order to prevent voltage spikes from the induction generated in the relay coil.

What if I don't use battery variable. Wen d voltage drops and it cuts off from d load. After sometimes when the battery raises will the circuit come ON.

3.6 V is the nominal voltage of a LiIon battery cell. If you cut-off at 3.6 V you use only about half of the battery capacity. For one cell the cut-off should be 2.75-3.1V, depending on the cell model and how many cycles you want to get from that battery. Otherwise nice circuit
