Just a heads up, I was doing keto for seven years and now I have liver failure. And it’s all been traced back to the fact that I was eating such a high fat diet. I’m 10 times more likely now to get liver cancer and soon I’ll be on a transplant list.

Hi Myra, I really enjoyed those no heat up meals for lunch. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and I either bring a salad or sandwich (healthy) and a drink with yogurt and fruit. I do have protein smoothie for breakfast. Yes, please more ideas. Thank you and blessings!

These look awesome especially the Italian sub salad! I'm always looking for healthy no reheat meals for my bfs lunches cuz he's so picky and doesn't want to reheat and complains that he doesn't lose weight. He doesn't want anything he needs to use the microwave for and gets sick of eating chicken salad more than one or two days in a row but doesn't like any of the other healthy stuff I've made to lose weight. I think he would like the Italian salad so I'll have to prep some of that this weekend. I would love more no reheat lunch videos!

He needs to learn how to prepare his own food and then he can give you better feedback than just complaining when you do it. He's probably eating junk all day at work if he's not losing weight. In the end, weight loss is math.

Yeah, I have to agree. Both salami and pepperoni are processed meats with high amounts of sodium and saturated fat.

@@jenniferdennis6465 well sure, but those are both high saturated fats and processed read meats. Plenty of research showing that processed red meat is carcinogenic. While saturated fat may not be the worst thing in the world, it is neutral in terms of health at best

11:05 hmm I've made very similar dressing, but instead of peanut butter I use powdered peanut butter. Tahini already gives it plenty of fat, and peanut butter powder bumps up the protein and reduces calories a bit

I recently discovered PB powder. I don't have a problem with regular PB, but the powdered PB is great for adding more protein with less fat. It's surprisingly good, even for spreading on toast or rice cakes!

Premier Protein shake, add heavy cream, or have cheese + nuts or hard boiled eggs. Chia pudding? Cottage cheese? Also you can eat anything for breakfast that you eat any other time of day. A salad with some protein (sub in a tub?)is BOMB for breakfast!

True! Been there, done that! Protein and cheese in a low carb wrap might work? Guessing you're not eating anything else on your shift? I kept the Premier Protein in my car. It's great unrefrigerated too. I would buy shelf stable half and half to add to the shake. I would also keep a "thermos" of bouillon to sip during my shift. Kept me until I could get home to eat. HTH
