I asked a butcher at my nearest Publix to save trimmings of beef fat. There wasn’t much. Publix seems to get their beef already trimmed quite heavily…

From my personal experience, which compares with others, the Keto flu was the most painful thing I had ever experienced in my life. The pain in my gut was excruciating and lasted a couple of days. Then for the next few days it felt like I was recovering from doing a thousand setups by being a little less tender each day. The common thing with my situation to others was heart health related. I had congestive heart failure, which is way better now.

Liver. Consumption question. Is liver like salmon in that you eat it 2 to 3 times weekly? Thank you!

Thank you for this part 7 interview. I am glad Dr. Cywes talked about the futility of taking supplements , and how, if you eat properly, you will get all the nutrients you need in their most bioavailable form. Outside of statin drugs, I can't think of a bigger scam that is peddled by the "health" industry than supplements.

YES! Fiber is so overrated, at least for me. I reduced my fiber by 75% and balanced hormones and bowel movements normal after 40+ years of constipation.

Jinne, ek het nou lekker gelag at the vegan egg argument! Eggs are just hen's periods that will never become chickens unless a rooster was involved. Basic sex education, people.
