Hi Dr. Ben. I got some resistance bands since I am avoiding the gym due to Covid. I am implementing your program and I can tell that after 2 weeks, I am stronger. I have increased the reisitance. Thanks for everything you do!

I would love to see a conversation between Ben and Phil Maffetone (to see where they agree).

This is great stuff. Love the idea of including recreational days. Some people just live at the gym for hours everyday, and I don’t think that is good for you at all unless you are genetically gifted to do that and stay muscular.

I’ve been trying to find example videos of the actual exercises so I can get started on this protocol. Any links would be appreciated. Heard all the talks, want to start the work. Need more specifics. Thanks.

I'm a bit confused by the idea of adrenaline being good for you. I imagine it's not a perceptible adrenaline response that he is talking about, otherwise it seems to me that excessive adrenaline would be taxing on the body, especially the heart.

Dr. Ben says: "Consider the adrenaline response a "healthy" stress test to be applied intermittently (2×wk)"
