He sucks...company has totally gone into the toilet since he took over. There's a reason people call him "starvin Marvin"! Guy either doesn't have a clue how badly he's ruined morale in his stores, or he just doesn't care!! Neither would surprise me.

I don't think so...metrics wise the economy actually isn't doing bad. That being said, you should look up the word incompetent online, and I would be shocked if you didn't see at least a few photos of Marvin under images. He's terrible!!
