Just finished watching. Not usually a fan of the marble mulch, but it looked SO GOOD here. And the painted pavers?! I didnt know pavers could be painted so that was something new I learned. The end result has me OBSESSED! Good work Monica + crew + homeowners! 🎉

The pavers with gravel in between is very impractical with furniture and kids and I would have added a few trees in the corners.

Not really. The pea gravel is great for those areas. Sturdy and will stay put.

Everything gets leveled and a machine is used to level and vibrate the gravel and pavers.

I love the difference these projects made in the yard. My favorite is the pergola, and with the sunshade it provides some shading for the interior home windows without blocking all the light. It's going to make a difference in the feel and energy usage as well. Win-win-win!

Such a good job. Even the paver painted streets. I liked the pergola & was so glad it has a cover for shade. I never understood the purpose of without shade to begin with. Of course.
