In leg raising usually inhaling is done while raising the leg and exhaling on lowering the leg. But here's it is done the opposite way. Am I correct ?

Hi It's simply Avoid fried,oily,junk food and no sugar..don't skip meals..have early dinner before 8.. drink water 3 to 4 liters water/day All the best
