PLZ READ THIS SIR !! this is best ever gym info video series i have ever seen.....i already watched many videos of various trainers but u r really the intelligent one...u deal with body anatomy properly..through all your FAQs video...i have cleared all my doubts many many THANK YOU !!! I REQUEST u to plz make a series of program for underweight guys...what thing on which day how much ..i could gain only 4 kg in 6 months with little shape..probably i dint workout for legs so... :) waiting

Sir, I lost 15kg since last 7 months. now i'm on 75kg. last 2 months back, while Squatting with 15 KG dumbell my Knee got injured. I took 2 weeks complete rest. again started the gym but still there is quite pain. My Gym trainer not giving me Lower body exercise & in Cardio i can do only Elliptical that too on low intensity. kindly help me for this knee pain.

Nice, bro one qs though. What to do if you are skinny fat guy ? You can't go for cardio because already you have lesser muscles and you can't go for calorie deficit either. This means you shouldn't train abs because your belly isn't trimmed and you can't cut ?
