Hi, I am in USA. I have been watching your videos. Are you able to offer video consulting service? I am frustrated as I want to know a clear cut root cause of my pain in left side lower back. I can share MRI report from Dec 2022. My pain is always there 365 days but every 3-4 months, it flares up massively and then i have to take Ibuprofen and naproxene which I don't want to. My spine doc here tells me i DONT have slip disc or herniated disk. I have also done all blood tests for arthitis (RA factor, HLA B27 etc and rheumatoid etc. All tests are negative which is good, but I still don't know what is causing this then, if its "nothing". Let me knw if u offer video consulting? Thanks
