Is it okay to feel the cat camel in the lower back as well? not just the thoracic spine area? Also what do you think of good mornings while recovering from a severe lack of mobility which has finally started improving after being injured for 2 years with disc herniation but I was unfortunately sick as well so I could not focus on my therapy that well till lately.

Yes that is ok! If you’ve had extreme stiffness in the lower back, and it is stiffer than the mid back, that actually makes sense. Good mornings can be great but the form and activation need to be dialed, they are a bit riskier. As alternatives, have you tried the elephant walk and pancake stretches?

ER Rn for 35 years after leaving ER for more sedentary job developed crippling spasms unable to work since February final figured out it was because of glut min/med dysfunction trying to get myself out of pain and disability & back to work it's been hell these videos are great

Oh and explain breathing on the movement. When and why make it or not faster or slower on what point. ❤

Is that a foam roller under? Or a towel and do u recommend using those or can u do it without them

Yes it’s a foam roller, but you don’t necessarily need it. Anything to arch your back in that position!

Hi im a dancer, circus artist and circus and film director/writer. Also just happen to have lower problems do to the hard and ill training. So i always come abd check exercises. Truly like your energy and the fact that is you make it to be the core exercises to real see the effect. Yet just a few advices form the hearth: •Lower the music and find something a bit more calmer. Invest on sound and camera. A confortable experience for the viewer is an holistic experience as well. And creates trust for who's infront. Make it look/sound more pleasant. Will pay back. •You've got the right data but comment to much ob every aspect makes it too much noise while the viewer is just extracting the highlights, the true tips. Wich are just a handfull. Dont over do it. Not three ways to explain the same. Choose wisely. You've really got the data make a delivery on point, simple. Comments are good. Several minutes on comments are not. The repeating of the order its not. Make the point and move on. •I admire you design the back release artefact. Make it a big deal only once at te begiinig and at the end. Always one showing and stick the name of the channel or the page on it. You are accentuating the "selling" too much. •Please correct the exercises and be very precise on the execution. Ex cat/cow are a conjunted movement of the whole back specially the lower back moves a lot. Your moving the thoracic and neck primordialy and way to fast. And have a lot of tension and movement of the feet. We as people that want to heal and follow need this to be very accurated. I do not want to offend you at any point. Truly think this is a very good new channel, youve got this alright. Congrats, thanks for the video. And i mean have a ton of succes helping others.
