Add in some more low intensity exercise to your routine and eat healthy :) But girl....before you try and change it, just remember that TONS of girls out there would kill for a big booty!!

I can’t do that down dog to side plank movement. That doesn’t feel good to the back. I know there’s mods, but I wanted to do more intense moves.

The goal is to make sure anyone at any fitness level can do it which means more explanation. The Hot Body Sweat Guide would be great if you're looking for fast and super effective workouts though.

Yes. But When i started these videos 4 months ago I appreciated the long explanations. So I could get the most out of my workouts .Now that I've been doing these for the last 4 months and know the videos I just cast it from my phone KZbin to the TV and FF to the exercises.
