Even when I don't have the energy to workout I just tell myself I'll watch one of your videos to plan which one I'll do next and every time I'm like "well I can do that real quick" and off I go following your lead 😁 I've been doing about 4+ videos every day for like 2 weeks now, aiming for different muscle groups to give others a break, and I love it. Thank you for continuing to upload!! I kinda feel like it's impossible to lose weight because I seem to be gaining weight instead of losing it despite my efforts, but I'm trying to stick to your motto of not paying to much attention to the results and just doing it to feel good about myself and be healthy. My plan is to wait at least 2 months, I feel like that's a good marker on when I'll see a noticeable difference.

LOVED this workout. since i have a bit of body fat to lose i focus on cardio right now but after my treadmill workout i like to do focused workouts for problem areas ( which is primarily my core and love handles after 2 kids and 1 c-section). sometimes other workouts fail to leave me "feeling it" but not this work out. i can feel it all over my torso, THANK YOU!!!!

Yes ! However I would love to see some workouts that help people with some limited mobility. I love your workouts and they really make me sweat but I have cerebral palsy so I have mild limited mobility on my right side so I would love a workout that I , and people like me can do all the way through . But I definitely love these workouts !
