Thank you for this beautiful leg sesh Aprille! Due to my rare neuroinflammatory disease, compounded by my current steroid tapering during cancer treatment, my legs are significantly weakened. I often experience numbness and complete loss of feeling in my extremities, and focusing on my legs is often a priority...and, I Always feel better when I step off the mat after your videos! Hi Aprille!! Been loving your classes, I just found your page a couple of weeks ago and your classes are great. Your voice is also incredibly soothing, lol. Anyway I couldn't find anywhere to message privately but I am wondering if you have any classes specifically for quad stretching and or knees? I have been having some trouble with one of mine and would love to find something that could help ;) Thanks in advance!!

I have a few practices that focus on this area - working with the hip flexors, quads and front leg area. kzbin.info/www/bejne/d2azgHqkp9tpoMk kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKOqhnxnmbSbpck And most practices with emphasis on the Spleen/Stomach meridians will work with the front/top of the thigh and into hip flexors.
