I started doing your workouts during the Summer of 2021. They have been a godsend during the pandemic and through the stress of applying for a much desired PhD History program (spoiler alert: I was accepted! :) ) Thank you for all you do! It really makes a difference in ways that aren’t always measured on a scale 😊

Ouch legs on fire. Worth it though as the tape measure doesn't lie! January 2nd - Hips 39ins, Waist 30.5ins, Thighs 38ins February 1st - Hips 38ins, Waist 29.5ins, Thighs 37.5ins March 2nd - Hips 37.5ins, Waist 28.5, Thighs 37ins 😁💪💪

I couldn’t believe how easy the jump squats felt after doing the preceding stand up and drive moves 😅 Usually the jump squats are one of the toughest moves! Exhausted and so proud that I didn’t give up even when it was really hard. Thank you for challenging us, Heather!

I may not be able to move as fast, (but almost) as you Heather. But at almost 62 with a problem lower back, and bad shoulder I do pretty dang good. Thank you Heather. I've been using your techniques for a little more than a year now. I feel stronger

Your programs have taught me that consistency is key. We can choose to keep up with HR but if we can’t, we do what we can and work up to that level of athleticism gradually❤️ I’ve done 3.0 and I’d have to say 2.0 is much harder, but 3.0 helped me get to where I’m at now in terms of strength and endurance☺️ I haven’t been measuring my weight or body in any way, I’ve just been going with how I feel, and let’s just say that I went from doing push ups on my knees to doing full ones, especially during full burpees in a span of a few months. Thank you, Heather! ❤

An awesome workout. It flew loved it so much. The combos and timing were great. I used 8 lb vest and 10 kg kb and 10-12 lb weights Thankyou so much HR.

The drive through followed by stand ups n jump squats..I was like u have to be kidding me...phew...it was tough but leg day is my fav n loved all the circuits..sumo squat felt like a savior (thank Heather for small mercies)..loved it, sweated it and feeling happy about it

I am doing this along with 3.0 since the last few weeks of 3.0 is mostly full body stuff and I want a bit more challenge❤ this was awesome to come back to and I’m happy to report that the music was a hit with my toddler 😂 loved and hated every minute haha

At 32:35, beginning of 2nd set on 4th circuit, the text says “In & Out Squat” but Heather is doing Weighted Sumo Squats. It was at this moment I thought the workout made me lose my mind… 😥💪🏼🤪 Awesome Leg Day!

This was tough but since the beginning of the program I've been able to double and in some exercises triple my weights. That feels so amazing and I cannot thank you enough Heather. And also I'll never unfriend over leg day lol it's my fave!

I did it today...It was both challenging and enjoyable for me and I didn't get so much tired while doing them 🙂 Unlike sometimes that leg exercises are really tiring for me. Thank you very much 💚

Wobbly legs 😂 had to stop before the last round of sumo squats because the shaking was so bad 🤣 awesome workout. I pushed the weights today & so glad it was only 2x rounds of 40secs because that was tough!

It's a love-hate with this one Heather ahahhahah🤣 that was tough and I'm drenched! But completing it made me feel strong! I'm actually saving it to my favorites, this will definitely continue to challenge my body over and over! 💪🏼💪🏼 Tks! 💜(burned 351 cals on my fitbit)
