I couldn’t believe how easy the jump squats felt after doing the preceding stand up and drive moves 😅 Usually the jump squats are one of the toughest moves! Exhausted and so proud that I didn’t give up even when it was really hard. Thank you for challenging us, Heather!

I may not be able to move as fast, (but almost) as you Heather. But at almost 62 with a problem lower back, and bad shoulder I do pretty dang good. Thank you Heather. I've been using your techniques for a little more than a year now. I feel stronger

Your programs have taught me that consistency is key. We can choose to keep up with HR but if we can’t, we do what we can and work up to that level of athleticism gradually❤️ I’ve done 3.0 and I’d have to say 2.0 is much harder, but 3.0 helped me get to where I’m at now in terms of strength and endurance☺️ I haven’t been measuring my weight or body in any way, I’ve just been going with how I feel, and let’s just say that I went from doing push ups on my knees to doing full ones, especially during full burpees in a span of a few months. Thank you, Heather! ❤

The drive through followed by stand ups n jump squats..I was like u have to be kidding me...phew...it was tough but leg day is my fav n loved all the circuits..sumo squat felt like a savior (thank Heather for small mercies)..loved it, sweated it and feeling happy about it

I am doing this along with 3.0 since the last few weeks of 3.0 is mostly full body stuff and I want a bit more challenge❤ this was awesome to come back to and I’m happy to report that the music was a hit with my toddler 😂 loved and hated every minute haha

Wobbly legs 😂 had to stop before the last round of sumo squats because the shaking was so bad 🤣 awesome workout. I pushed the weights today & so glad it was only 2x rounds of 40secs because that was tough!
