As a woman, my focus and priority have always been lower body workouts, unfortunately. But, since I'm a faithful follower of you trying to do the whole program without skipping any day, I have been working on my upper body for a pretty long time and I LOVE THE RESULTS. I love seeing my arms, shoulders, and back strong in the mirror. I love suffering much less on my arms while doing planks, mountain climbers etc. This stronger upper body made my life easier in a way that I was not even aware of the benefits before I have. I am so thankful to you for planning all those workouts seriously focusing not on popularity bringing more clicks and subscribers but on their benefits for their own sake. This is why no one else on the internet creates such quality workout videos. YOU ARE THE BEST. PERIOD.

I've been doing your full body workouts for months about 3x a week. This week I changed it up by doing one of your leg day workouts on Monday and this arm workout today. I was humbled. I see now why people like to work lower and upper body on separate days. I am thinking it is really effective at building strength. I was so tired by the last set I had to use 3 lb weights for the overhead and front flys! Like I said...humbled.

What a great workout! As a yoga instructor for almost 20 years I especially appreciate all the yoga postures at the end for a complete workout. And I love the lo-fi music at the end- I use that a lot in my classes. Thanks for your committment to anatomy and strength.

Can anyone out there besides Heather do all those tricep pushups on their toes!? Working on it! 💪🏼 Keep up the great work everyone, & Thank you Heather!!! 🏆 I've only missed one workout this whole time (food poisoning 😕) w/ some days having to work out at 10pm due to my work schedule. I absolutely loved that work out for so many reasons! First that last round was a doozy and the music was perfect. Second, the first cooldown song was so awesome too. But most of all, I really loved how it was a well rounded full upper body workout and it didn’t just isolate a few muscle groups. Would love love love love to see more of those! Thank you so much!

Me too! I can't seem to do one from my toes yet. I'm stronger in every other exercise, too. I can even do 10lb skull crushers...Heather should offer a push up tutorial! my form is not great with push ups...
