I play this in the barn for my herd of horses when they come in to rest on a hot day. It takes a little while, but it creates a kind of bubble of cool air that seems to start up a little breeze.. it’s quite miraculous. WOW 3min’s in and already feeling A LOT more comfortable in my overheating bed. I often listen to sound frequencies to fall asleep more easy or also for focusing in different situations. But rn its 9in the morning and i woke up, after i was going to bed 2h ago and i woke up hot and sweating, i feelt so overheated that i got up for a sec and tried cooling my body down with some colder water on the head and neck.
