A little to fast for me, I would loose balance if i do it with your speed. I liked the routine. Nice to do it in the park . I defenitely will use these exercise tomorrow when i go exercise to the park.

I love that they show there mess ups it makes me feel like if I screw up I'm not alone. It makes me feel more comfortable. And there videos are amazing and my body is great.

I absolutely cant wait to try level 3, level 1 just prepared me for greatness. these videos have helped me so much, I can look in the mirror everyday, and fit in my clothes much better and see how much these videos are working, especially since im a more curvy figured woman with hips and booty. I finished level 1 and decided to try this out. I couldn't believe it when I tried the exercises and I was able to do it. Level 1 and the 30 day ab workout prepared me for these more challenging exercises. So happy with the results and I am more motivated to get stronger! Thanks BeFit!

When I first got into working out these videos were way too hard for me. Now, that I am more physically active and try to workout at least 3-4 times a week, I was able to keep up with the video! It was still challenging and I am drenched in sweat!

After reading that most machine at the gym, i.e. leg press are not good for you. I youtube this video. I can honestly say my legs are burning. Some workouts are tough than others, definitely recommend this workout people!

yes im doin level 2 now its definetly gone stronger to do the exercises i did stop and gave up on weight but istarted again. so icompleted level1 and i feel stronger doing squats and everythin else. level 2 is more chalengin gota say love it

This is a great workout. Had a tough time at first but pulled through. My one problem are the words of "discouragement". Exercise can be mind over matter, so please don't tell me my should should be burning or that I'm not going to be able to go as low as you. I did an experiment today, I muted the tv and was able to finish the plank row+fly, the lateral and reverse lunges with ease, which I usually would have a tough time finishing. Just saying might want to hold off on those "you can't do it" words.

How many levels in here and for how long? i started p90x but honestly three months is kinda loooong plus 90mn in each workout isnt really for me. i will try this out im 5'11 and 165lb i need to like scot :D

I play volleyball to ( middpke positon) I find that the stronger my core is the better I hit, becuase a strong hit comes form the core. Also plyometrics are vrey good for volleyball since it is an exposive sport.

Why don't your videos pre-load? I pause it and play it when it is loaded. I try to do that because it keeps stopping loading and then I can just watch it the whole way through. But I can't do that with BeFit!? Why?
