You can always up the intensity by taking less rest or using heavier weights :) Maybe even out on a weighted vest!

Yes, this workout is a little less metabolic and focused a bit more on strength building and endurance. I'm glad you gave it a go and stick around for Level 3, you will LOVE it!

I don't own any dumbbells or weights, so I was using my textbooks! haha I feel like I got a decent work out, but there definitely wasn't enough resistance for those chest presses. Any chance you know of any make-shift weights to use around the house for these workouts?

I would suggest 1-2 times a week with atleast 1 day of recovery in between. Blend this workout with the other workouts in Level 2 and before you know it you'll be ready to tackle Level 3 with us!!!

This was a GREAT workout. However, the title was very misleading. There is no "cardio" aspect because its all low impact strength moves and there was too much talking/breaks in between each move and circuit. Also, it was a full body strength- hitting legs, arms, back, everything. Not just core like it is titled. Still a good strength session but definitely not the "cardio ab blast" i expected...

This is not as good as the level 1 Cardio Ab blast...I ended up doing this workout twice to get some sweat.....but love the other videos of level 2.....
