So I haven't done a Barlates workout in awhile, something like 6 months I think. Then I saw this posted the other day and put it on my "to do" list because it looked so great. Finally got around to doing it yesterday and WOW! I loved it! I was just pouring sweat! I focus a lot on weights and Hiit (I do a lot of Fit Body by Julia and lately McLane Fitness here on youtube) so it was so nice to get back to your workouts to change it up. It's such a different challenge and I just felt so tired and yet exhilarated when I was done.

awesome, so glad you enjoyed it. Cross training is definitely the best way to keep getting results. Why not mix some of my workouts in a couple of times a week 😊

Completed this video this morning! Loved it! Such a burner. Got confused with the leg change at some point. Maybe that would help to call out the right or left leg when we change. Just an idea. I know you refer to legs as “front” and “back” but I just don’t get what it means 🙈 lol!

haha, yeah it can be a bit confusing at times. The reason I don't say right or left is because some people mirror and some people stay on the same leg. The best way to do it is to see which leg is closest to the screen and try to mirror me. So if I am on my right leg you are actually on my left. Also always angle your body in the same way I do, which makes it a bit easier not to get confused. 😊

great way to modify! You can break it up into as many exercises as you feel like doing on any given day and add on some of the upper or core exercises from the other stamina workouts too 🙂
