I lovelovelove these unique moves. This hit my glutes so intensely, but when I touched my obliques, they were so engaged! I think the glute burn just 'drowned out' the oblique burn haha! Thank u!

I forgot what a barre workout feels like but wow do I remember now. I know they work so I will definitely do this again. I actually enjoyed the curtsies because that meant my legs were down. The burn in this was so real. Thanks Linda!

Awesome!) For standing pretzel I only put weights on my thighs to spare my lower back - still felt it; and for mat part put ankle weights on) Oh the burn!) I agree that it gets the job done :-))

I will definitely try this workout with my 2 kg ankle weights. But at what point should I wear it? Right from the warm up section or when the pretzel workout actually starts?

with heavier ankle weights you can use them when the pretzel work starts so you don't injure yourself 😊

Just did this. Thank you for mentioning that dent in the outer part of the glute, all the workouts I've done before haven't changed it at all but with just a few weeks of barlates like this it's almost gone. I didn't think it was common to have it!
