www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Traditional Barre series. You will target all your problem areas with traditional barre exercises that are tried and proven to give results. There are workouts for all the major muscle groups with some cardio factor to torch calories and a big burn! They require very little space and are highly effective, giving maximum results in minimum time.
In Traditional Barre Pretzel you will use just your own body weight and a chair to work your hips, outer thighs and glutes as well as a bit of oblique engagement. You will start with some large range of motion curtsy lunges and side leg raises to warm up, then move to a targeted standing pretzel series with flowing knee touches, pretzel raises, extensions and knee toes, then move to the mat for a tough pretzel series including tucks, raises, extensions and knee toes. Finish in all 4s with some bent and straight leg raises and pulses.
