Description
Welcome to the Stamina 50 Reps series. You will target all your problem areas with 50 reps each of the most effective exercises. You will also add extra equipment to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
In Stamina 50 Reps Weighted Upper you will use 3 sets of hand weights to burn out your arms, shoulder, back and chest. There are standing biceps, triceps, shoulder press, chest scoops and back rows, then single arm exercises seated on a stability ball, some angled chest presses leaning your back on the ball and finally a standing barre arms segment to burn out your smaller muscle groups. Lots of reps to get a great pump in all those upper body muscles!
Fitness level: intermediate/advanced
Equipment: various weights (light, medium, heavy), stability ball

Update I did this today and boy 8 don't see how you did it with the heavy weights!!!!! I had to slow down with the heavy ones I couldn't do as many reps, it was definitely challenging and I loved it!

Haha...that was tiresome in a good way... Even though i own only one pair of 2.5 kg dumbbells... Did the whole WO with it 😁 need to a heavier and lighter pair now!

I love when you do these exercises with differentsize weights but is it possible to do these videos with like 30 reps instead of 50 or 100. This is brutal, I love it but its brutal. Please do videos with a little less reps.

this one is specifically a 50 rep challenge, but many of my other weights workouts don't have as many reps. Try the Strength Series on KZbin 😊
