You can launch the rs7 in any mode. If the car isn’t in dynamic mode, just flick gear lever back one more to engage sport gear. To prevent it from bugging down, hold esc button for 4 second to completely turn off traction management.

You can individually adjust each air strut/corner in vagcom, it takes like 15 minutes, but your default heights may be slightly off

Dont apologize. Im glad you made this video. I have a '21 VW Arteon Premiu Rline which ironically is similar in shape and size to the RS7, but definitely not power. LOL. Just swapped out the stock Continental ProContact tires for Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4's. I'm thinking about putting spacers on with my stock 20" wheels. I would lower it, but I know my wife will scrape the front splitter in a couple areas near our home. (Married Life!)

I had the same issue on my MK6 R and when I took it to an VW specialist, he told me to do alignment, but he said the way we do it, we have to adjust the cross member and the issue stopped, no more rubbing when turning left! If you look at your front tires, one sticks out little more than the other one.

Maybe you should learn how to roll fender or do some of the work yourself to fix the rubbing? You come off as a guy that just keeps taking his car into the mechanic shop to get every minor thing done wihout understanding how the different mods affect eachother.

Mike , i had my prevoius rs7 and s6 lowered with links , and rs7 that i have at the moment , you need to remove ftont fender liner fender clips , just get a short philips screw driver , and feel with your fingers in the middle closer to front doors , its a huge clip , just remove them on both sides and 95% of scrapes that you had will dissapear

You should be able to do the launch control in manual mode and use the paddles to then up shift. In my 2018 Audi RS3 I can do that so I'm assuming you can in the RS7. This should be able to give you a faster 0 - 60 time without it bawging around 60 mph. Hope this helps! The car looks amazing lowered!

Any chance this car was in an accident before you purchased it? If the left front was in a minor "fender bender", it might bee slightly out of alignment........frame....or fender alignment. That would explain why it is only on the left and not bi-lateral.

It's possible with age of the car that the air bags are dry and cracking. The right one might be leaking air just enough that it's not supporting the cars weight when you make the left turn. I would look into getting all the air bags replaced.

Lowering a car with an air suspension is begging for problems. The struts are not designed to handle road flaws like potholes with basically no travel. You will break something expensive.

More than likely rubbing on one side due to the air suspension auto leveling. You have to provide clearance to account for this. Or possibly disable auto leveling for a more static ride.

I have a 14 rs7 with spacers and ecs lowering links, I had to take off the 1" lowering links and went to the . 5" ones so that I could launch the car. Stock 21s as well on mine. .5" lowering links made it perfect

Your rubbing on your fender liner have the same problem on my s7. This unfortunately may be the start of a failing air suspension starts with the level control sensors first then leaking air struts each one from audi is $2500 for the front pay attention to the speedometer if it keeps saying controlling level of car or ride height to low Deff get ready to drop a shit ton of money towards dat suspension. Mine started as slight rubbing after lowering links to full blown passenger side air strut failure woke up and thought I had a flat from how much the car was leaning lol

RS7 is just a beautiful machine. I actually like the 1/2in lift look due to the amount of side body of the car. But you can adjust so is complaining worth it? Enjoy it!

Try it without LC and TC off. Then brake boost it before you let the brake off.

You need VCDS. The system is what I use to adjust my height on my VW Phaeton air suspension all thru the computer. Your rs7 can be adjusted in mm using your lowering links. You just need the vcds software.
