"A Day in My Lean Bulking Meals: 6 Simple & Nutrient-Packed Ideas"
Curious about what fuels my lean bulking journey? 🍽️ Check out these six meals that keep me on track!
1. **Sprouts Delight**: Kickstarting my day with a nutrient-packed punch-sprouts! They're loaded with goodness and energy to set the tone.
2. **Powerhouse Smoothie**: Mid-morning, it's smoothie time! Blend together 2 bananas, 80g oats, 80g sattu powder, 2tbs honey, 1tbs peanut butter, and 250ml milk for a delicious and nutritious boost.
3. **Soya Chunks Fiesta**: Lunch is all about protein with 50g soya chunks and 5 rotis. A hearty, filling combo to keep those muscles fueled.
4. **Potato Party with Curd**: Afternoon calls for 5 boiled potatoes and 100g curd-a satisfying mix of carbs and protein to keep me going.
5. **Paneer Pleasure**: Snack time! 100g paneer for that protein hit. Simple, tasty, and perfect to keep hunger at bay.

On on side u r saying that u don't have to eat much on on the other hand, the 2nd meal is of 1000 KCal approx😂😂😂 Even I drink eat... My meal is of 800 Kcal... But trust me as a beginner u won't be able to drink it and digestion issues honge😢😢😢 That's why hard gainers should start from only oats,banana and milk

bro i got a pair of 6kg dumbbells only and started doing full body workouts only so should i do full body workouts every single day or do i have to take rest days in between?i m a student,

Good question, So here I want to share my journey Before getting membership of gym I was also doing the same, full body workout with pair of dumbbells but according to me if you are taking enough calories (your diet is good enough) then continue this routine with one rest day once in a week but if you are not taking enough calories then change the split don't do full body workout only do 2 body parts every day like :- Chest,triceps Back, biceps Legs

Bhai peanut butter chocolate wala pe sugar hota h kya wo kha sakte h kya ?? Or may subhe gym jata pre workout lene ka time nhi milta bina kuch kiye gym karta chalega na ?

First is chocolate peanut butter mein per 32gm servings mein sirf 3gm sugar hota h jisse koi dikat nhi h toh wo le sakte ho. And your 2nd question is ki bina kuch liye gym jana is totally wrong bhai bina pre workout ke gym krna aese hi h ki bina petrol ke gaadi chlanane ki sochna tohh wo aap manage kro jyada complicate mt kro cheejo ko.
