Nice review Al. I never knew about the Russian division. Very cool truck. And yes. You gotta love the internet experts

Thanks man! The Russians love the off road vehicles because of extremely poor roads and harsh winters. GM was producing cars in Russia until 2019. They also used to build the H3, the Escalade, and many other models over there.

Monster truck! These things were so cool back in the early 2000s.

They are still cool no matter what the idiots on the internet say.

There was a blue 2007 GMC Sierra (Classic) 3500 HD DRW that has only 580 original miles, NOT 580,000, just 580 & the reason why is because that truck sat since it was brand new & it was put up for sale for $100,000 earlier this year because of the mileage & the condition it was in & it surprised me that it had this low of miles & I swear, you can NEVER find another one of these trucks from 2007 with 580 miles or lower

Yupp, it's once in a lifetime.

I have an H2 and it drives as smooth as an Escalade. I get 14.5 mph on the highway and 11.5 mph around town. It beats the jeep off road all the time too

The H2 just had a bad image from the economy and celebrities. It was an expensive sports utility vehicle which is also a factor. I have owned my Hummer H2 for 4 years and go mudding and off roading with it. Biggest downside is that it should have been 4x4 instead of AWD and everything is plastic but what cars in the early 2000s wasn't?! The G Wagon is falling in the same boat unfortunately.

100% correct. They are awesome trucks and I still love them despite all the trash talk about them on the web.

Another great and informative video. Solid built and reliable. Just not my cup of tea. Give me a old school M998 where I won't be afraid of sliding into a tree going to and from the deer stand around o-dark thirty and I'm fine.
