Looked like Maru wanted to throw the 4th game (<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2401">40:01</a>). He had a perfect position on the high ground, then unsieges his tanks and pulls all his units to the side so Gumiho walks up the ramp uncontested. Then, Maru lines up all his SCVs so the Hellions' splash damage takes half of them out in one shot.

Why don't they add 2-3 Ghosts to their composition to EMP the Ravens? EMP has a range of 10, while Interference Matrix has a range of 9.

Terrans are only allowed to use one spellcaster per game. They have to pick between Ghost and Raven.

One significant reason is the range in Cyclones and Tanks means a serious amount of risk to get to the point to EMP Ravens. Also, Ghosts take a lot of gas, and when the basic units in your army take up gas, you don't necessarily have a lot to spread to different tech upgrades and high end units. Ghosts can be massed in bio because you just need minerals for Marines, so Ghosts are an excellent place to spend a lot of gas - less so when you have to budget gas for Cyclones, Vikings, Tanks, and Ravens already.

@@bricelory9534 I don't understand your point. Ravens need to get close to matrix the tanks, knowing that tanks are always in a safe position. Considering that the Matrix spell has a range of 9 and the Ghosts' EMP has a range of 10, the Ghosts can stay behind the tanks and EMP without any risk. Moreover, I never mentioned mass Ghosts; 1-2 would be more than sufficient. I am convinced that the investment of 50 gas (tanks and Ghosts cost 125 gas, but the Ghost Academy costs 50 gas) is much more worthwhile than having one additional tank, especially when 8 tanks can't fire throughout the fight and the Ravens end up using their remaining energy on turrets.

@@anthonyglaude3956 My guess on this is...... because every Terran unit has massive range that can kill Ghost before they can get close enough because tanks, hellions speed/range, cyclone lock on, and the constant scanning + Viking is use more to counter the Raven and any Terran mech for its flexibility because Ghost cannot snipe or do any significant damage to mech. Thats my 2 cents! I can be wrong about this.

Another series without the most underrated unit in the whole game: the Ghosts. This can only mean one thing: the supply nerf was taken too far. The nerf must be reverted to bring the Ghosts back to being what some would say "playable"

Battlecruisers are the LEAST used unit in SC2, I wish they would buff this unit as it is one of the COOLEST unit in the game, could you imagine the mothership, battlecruiser, and brood lords in the late game??

When you haven't researched it yet and select the Starport's tech lab in the game, you can see "Weapon Refit" there, but when you do the same with BC, you can see "Yamato Cannon". Idk why, but that's how it is. There's no changes for the name of it tho.
