Nah it was over and it had been over for a good number of minutes. Dark was constantly behind in supply, tech and workers. He had nothing to counter the blink stalkers and he was already trading inefficient. The loss of the gold base, which he could never mine from, was the last straw.

@@Daniel-rd6st Yeah, but we've seen other good players such Maru, Hero, Clem, or Serral come back from such situations. Both his worker count and his army count were pretty much equal to MaxPax's. Might have been a tough fight, still, could have been a fight at least. :)

@@Daniel-rd6st Agreed, but as a pro, I feel like it's worth a shot. Whether it's likely or not. Making sure your opponent has to fight tooth and nail for a victory is also a psychological technique to overcome your opponent. :)

Dark is secretly unbeatable, but he plays wacky all the time to give everyone else a chance. Ever since he was the world champ he's decided to just goof off for all the games unless he feels like he needs money or to maintin his reputation.

Dude... Wtf?! I can't believe that [SPOILER] . . . . . . . . . . ... Dark would just tap out like that!! The match was FAR from lost for him. He had the economy, and army supply, to continue transitioning into higher tier units until he won, or..at bare minimum draw the match into the late game, and keeping victory viable... It's almost like he started thinking about where the match was by that point, and decided that his available paths to victory were too difficult, or time consuming, to want to bother with doing them. It's almost like he said; "I still CAN win.. but it's not worth the effort I would need to put into it. Fuck it..." And GG'd out. That REALLY shocked me when I saw him surrender like that. It seemed so out of nowhere, too. One second he's still playing like normal, and the next, he's tapped out of the match. So weird!!
