They knew Toronto cant really beat Cavs but Miami could. But in the end of course in game 7 Raptors were clearly a better team. The one problem is Chris Bosh would have destroyed Toronto that year. I remember in 2016 Bosh was unstoppable from the elbow and stretching the floor. Bosh and Whiteside was the perfect combo for the frontcourt with Dragic and Wade in the backourt oh boy. Joe Johnson was poor this series though, if he showed up like he did for Utah 2 years later Miami would still beat the Raptors.
