LR4 (Discovery 4) SCV6 (3.0) Engine Noise

Error codes: PCM-Engine Petrol:
P0483-36 (2E) Fan performance - Frequency modulation/pulse width modulation failure - signal frequency is too low
( on 29-02-2020 17:25:55 at 127274 km )
I believe the fan clutch has failed (the low frequency ticking noise).
But I don't know why my petrol engine sounds like diesel engine... Is it normal with SCV6?
