Please understand the concept of LRS and raise the voice. 14% open charges till 2019 LRS is based on market value at the time of purchase land. In 131 GO is 14% is based on the 2020 market value. Those common man who bought plot >10 years then it is not possible to pay the hefty money to KCR. KCR makes the people to fool until realize. KCR gave free money to big people using Raitu bandu. I know lot of people took those stay other countries. Government take money from poor people and give it to big people. 14% on Market value is not at all possible to common man. every one has to raise the voice instead of advertisement of their business. KCR is making fools to all Telangana people.

For example you have a 100 sq yard plot and the govt land value is 2000 per sq yards. Then you are in 0-3000 category So calculation is be like; 200 in rupees ( per sq yard ) why 200 in rupees because you are in less than. 100 sq yard category * 100 (land area) so 200*100= 20000 (basic regularization charges) So on 20000 you will be charge 20 % as shown in the table and that cost you Around 4000 And additionally if your plot layout Does not have 10 % open space then you will charge additionally 14% on land value

If 20 feets roads are there in the lay out ,to make 30 feet roads the entire all plots should be reduced according to pro rata basis.please take to the concerned officials.

Dear Sir; I cannot locate my plot as per layout, and it looks like my plot is taken over by neighbour factory compound wall, can I still apply for LRS?....will I lose more money?....but I have a registered document, layout plan with all details, but my plot is not appearing. Kindly assist.

LRS apply chesina 90% plots ki LRS clear kadu, because there are so many land problems in ventures.(like Assign land, govt land, FTL area, buffer zone, conservation zone, manufacturing zone etc.)

Hi, I bought 2 adjacent plots ( 200 + 200 = 400 Sq Yrds ) in a GP Layout near to ibrahimpatnam and registered in 2015 as a single document. Question 1 : How should I consider these 2 plots to calculate LRS fee, I mean, calculate separately 200 & then 200 slab in table 1 ? or Since I have only 1 registered document, whether I have to calculate LRS fee for 400 slab in table 1 ? Question 2 : Can I apply 2 different applications separately for each 200 plot , so that i will get table 1 slab benefit ? Please clarify, on what basis table 1 is considered , plot size wise or Reg. document number wise or total size mentioned in that document .

Your calculations are totally different from what estimates come up in LRS calculator on telanganalrsbrs.in....you may want to check that

Yes Pro rata is a Latin term meaning "in proportion," so when you see it you know that something is being distributed or done in equal or fair proportions.

Hi sir, In 2006 we purchased an individual plot from a person. We have registration documents and link documents. How to know if the plot is under LRS or not? Is there any option to find an LRS number on registration documents? If it's not under LRS, then why SRO did registration? It's the government's fault. After registration of 10-15 years, why now LRS? What is going-on in Telangana state..? People are suffering from TRS Govt rules.

I think pro rata on open space is only existing market value at the time of purchase of plot and not as per table 2. Pl clarify.

ఒక వ్యక్తికి ఓకే వెంచర్ లో ఎక్కువ ప్ల్లాట్లు ఉన్నట్టయితే అవి ఒక్కొక్కటి 200 చదరపు మీటర్ల చొప్పున ఉన్నప్పుడు వాటిని టేబుల్ 1 (బేసిక్ వ్యాల్యు) కాలక్యులేషన్ ఒక్కొక్క దాని ఏరియా లెక్కలోకి తీసుకోవచ్చా? అన్ని ప్లాట్ల విస్తీర్ణం కలిపి లెక్కలోకి ఓకే యూనిట్ క్రింద తీసుకోవాలా?

Hi Shajwal Sir, I bought a plot in GP layout in 2017 in Pragati Nagar Kukatpally. At the time of purchasing the plot, owner paid Full payment of LRS and gave the final copy of LRS to us. My Question is: 1. Do i need to pay the LRS again? 2. If not how can i check the LRS copy which he gave us is genuine? 3. Do i need to get the ULC Certificate as well?

I bought plot in g.p.approved venture layout in Shadnagr Farooqnagar mandal, it was sent to.hmda approval it hasn't approved by hmda. Now shud u go.for LRS. If soo can I do it individually or I shud go thru the layout devolopers wch is better??

Hi we buyed the plot at that time the government rate is 2,000rs per sq yard in the year 2003 now the government price is 7,000 so now LRS will calculate on 7,000rs or 2,000rs....please help me out...Thank you..!!

ఇక్కడ మనం ఒక్క విషయం గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి . ఇక్కడ చాలా మంది బాధితులు మొన్న అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలో ఓటు వేయలేదు . కుటుంబ పార్టీలు మనం కట్టే డబ్బులను విచ్చలవిడిగా సంక్షేమ పథకాల పై అనవసర ఖర్చు పెడుతూ వారి ఓటు బ్యాంకు ను సుస్థిరం చేసుకుంటున్నవి. ఎదో పది శాతం వారు వృద్ధుల మరియు రైతుల పరిస్థితి దయనీయంగా ఉండి ఉండవచ్చు కానీ అందరికి పథకాలను వర్తింప చేసి రాష్ట్రాన్ని దివాళా తీయించి మల్లి డబ్బుల కోసం మన నడ్డి విరుస్తున్నారు . సంక్షేమ పథకాల తీసుకునేవాడు సోమరి మరియు వాడి ఓటు ఇలాంటి ఇలాంటి దొంగలకు . ఇలాంటి గొలుసు కట్టు ను ఛేదించాలి మన మధ్యతరగతి వారమే . సంక్షేమ పథకాల పేరిట రాష్ట్రాన్ని దోచేసి వారి అయ్య జాగీరు లాగ అధికారాన్ని ఇంటి కావాలి కుక్కలాగా పెరట్లో కట్టేసుకున్నారు . మనం కుయ్యో మొర్రో అంటున్నాం . కదులుదాం . ఈ సంక్షేమ పథకాల తీసుకునే వారి మరియు వారి ఓట్లతో గద్దెనెక్కిన వారి మధ్య బంధాన్ని మన ఓటుతో తెంచేద్దాం . కదలండి ఓటు వేయండి . కేవలం జాతీయ పార్టీలకు మాత్రమే వేయండి .
