Land Regularisation Scheme. If u say something has to be regularized it means it was irregular activity first. Who is the first culprit in doing that irregular activity? The land developer or the builder. He made an unauthorised layout and sold the plots. Got benefited too. He is the first culprit. You may say 2nd culprit is registratio n office, 3rd culprit is panchayat office and so on. Punish the first culprit for his irregular act. Let government force him to pay total LRS amount. In registered saledeed there is his commitment (statement) " if any dispute arises on this plot i will rectify it". Why not u lawers take it up as a PIL and sue the benefited culprit?

Yes bro....!!! You through here a very valuable question...!! Yes...is it not the responsibility of local govt. bodies to see whether the land owner implimenting all the amenities (like open places.. Space for electricity & drainage ) or not in that layout... before giving permission...!!! If it is like that...then.... without all these conditions ... why the local body govt. giving permision to that land owner !!!!!!!!????????? Is it very simple logic nah!!!??? Or... is GP layouts not necessary of amenities condition..!!?? If it is not necessary for village layouts then why LRS?/? Very confusion.... Worst govt.

Good Initiative by the Government of Telangana in implementation of LRS scheme which will help to regularize illegal/unapproved layouts if any and also to narrow the gap between buyer and seller by providing trustworthy land and value for money thereby curbing the menace of Land Grabbing. However the LRS regularization charges and 14% penalty charges on the unapproved plots should be reduced drastically in order to provide a sigh of relief to the middle class family.
