A Rioter said she's planned to be Mid/Top. After I read her passive, there is a possibility she is going to terrorize Top as on-hit. Similar to how Neeko did in the past. %Max hp dmg accessible with only autos is going to bully top, easy kiting with E, and invis on W. It's over.

I was on the same page, although Neeko has a shit ton of cc. You struggled to get near Neeko, and if you did, she had 3 skills to stop you. Aurora's kit only seems mobile with no hard cc (edit: 1 sec 80% slow seems fine, but I still think supports the argument). I love mobile champs like Kat, Ahri and Akali and actively play them, so I am excited, but it is still difficult for me to find her role in a team that other champs can't fulfill.

@@hinro I just saw Reav3 posted on Reddit that she was a toplaner that struggled too much against fighters, so they tweaked things and she ended up feeling more like a midlaner with good burst that flexes top (therefore, a mage more than a.s. neeko like champ). I think the deal with neeko was that she was beyond broken, but as soon as they nerfed her she stopped being played. These champs get good matchups, but they are not the meta.

Quick lore dump on the different realms: Spirit realm. Basically a realm paralel to the standard mortal realm, but filled with spirits (Like yordles, Bandle city and all the stuff we've seen in Ionia). It's able to connect different spaces of the mortal realm. That's basically how Shen Ult works. Death realm: Basically where all the dead ppl spirits are. The greay realm: Mordekaisers personal death realm he build himself, cause he thought the "death realm" was roo boring. Shadow realm. A seperate space, where Zed, Kayn and Nocturne get their powers from. Honorable mention, Threash's lantern: Technically a mini realm that traps souls too. (correct me if I'm wrong, but that shoulf be the gist of it)

That makes the on hit build viable then. Because 6% max hp magic damage is so low for that playstyle, but if it goes up to 10% that's way more viable. 2/3 of Kaisa passive damage. Same as max Vayne W but magic damage instead of true damage.

What about jungle? It seems to me that her kit is more for a jungle mage than a laner. She ganks with her invisibility and her passive works on minions, so i guess monsters too. It seems to me that her abilities are not reduced against monsters, so she may have a good clear speed too. I may be wrong, but that's what's this is telling me actually.

Imo she's a top laner. Relatively short range but inbuilt ms buff and %hp damage good at abusing melee champs and later on in teamfights you flank engage. You said Ahri has a leg up on her bc of Charm but it feels to me a bit like you're forgetting the Ult isn't just mobility. It's an untargeted Camille ult (that you can flash/blink out of but still). You basically flank with W and then open with Q>E>R>Q. That's a massive chunk with _two_ %HP skills + increased Q2 damage, slows enemies and then traps them in the Ult aoe. Sounds like it would have a place regardless of Ahri and actually more in contention with champions like Kennen.

I really dont understand why her kit has the healing element in her passive... Spirit Mode gives her increased healing but she has no form of healing in her kit, so I don't understand why her passive would revolve around something that the champion can't actually use herself. Obviously it would work with vamp and the teammates if they have any healing but it seems really redundant to me to make the increased healing a part of her kit, it just seems really out of place. A shield or a burst of damage after the third hit, Vayne style, makes more sense with this kit... Unless i'm missing something? I mean, it doesn't look like she's meant to be a support, unless they expect her to be played as ADC with a heal supp to make her passive make sense? I'm really baffled with this one.

it's weird to me because her playstyle seems similar to akali's where you spam the two abilities youhave, you go invisible with the hop out and then spam the two abilities again. Kinda similar to the shrowd but more ranged, with a LOT less mobility long-range, less reach overall feels like a mix of ahri and akaly, but worse at doing in and out in fights, with less identity

I disagree with the sentiment on mana costs. Her rotation without ulting costs 220 mana, and if you're using W resets that's another 80 mana down the drain. Unless she has high base mana regen she'll be struggling to spam as many spells as a Syndra or Taliyah in lane.

Can someone please tell me why LS was released from C9? I was a die hard fan for C9 constantly putting up with BS from Jack switching the roster every 1 to 2 spilts regardless of how well they did and finally had enough when LS was released after only 3 games and released 4 hours before the 4th. Ive been on a rabbit hole because i randomly remembered it and immediately got pissed again. Ive heard legos, suplexs, steel chairs, and of course Jack's hostage video with max, blabber and berserker or whoever it was. Im tired i just want to know why. I dont watch C9 anymore because regardless of how well they do Jack dismantles the team and creates a new one even if they make it farther than anyone in NA has for literal years. LS my man please give us an answer. Last i heard lawyers were involved. If its been released please tell me the name of the video and i will go through and subscribe and like every video on your channel. Just please tell us why.

She will 1000% be played in top lane, will be super obnoxius with her %hp DMG, 3 dashes, insane movement speed. Build is nashor tooth, lich bane, RFC or Rylais, Void Staff, and flex last item (Rabbadon, Zhonyas), she is not in any way a mage, she is a way better version of neeko top with guinsoo build that was played top for a while. She will be near unkillable in top with all the mobility she has. Runes will be probably Hail of blades, fleet footwork or phase rush, depending on the matchup. Save this post, and watch it become a balance nightmare for riot in 2 months.

I am pretty sure rylais or cosmic will be always an item, nashors was my worst thought too. I would guess some defensive item with this short of a range is still needed. So atackspeed, kite (rylais lr cosmic) (a tank or defensive mage item) (% pen and rabadons) Boots could be pretty much impossible very type of boot, be it defense, anti slow , pen, cdr or atk spd. I dunno how good her atk spd ratio is tbh.

Im thinking reveal champs with eat her up, once her stats get balanced. (Fiddlesticks, karma, lulu) all having good cc and damage incenses or damage them self to murder her.) But yeah at the start you can probably abuse her, because she is gonna be broken with these stats, being able to just go for almost no mana if any. Maybe you can do the same thing with her aw with azir, sitting on mana flow, Pom.
