This is just brilliant teaching,i am totally chuffed to find this one,The only question I have is, can you do a video where there is no welding involved,for those of us who want to learn to do the old fashioned way,of simply dressing and forming,the lead ,i assume nobody actually does this anymore,but it would be good to see ir ,many thanks again,

Use a rubber mallet to do the roll ends, it leaves less marks (leadworker 25 years)😊

Hi I am thinking of putting a lead sheet roof on a rear extension but I am put of by the theft aspect. Can the lead be stuck down some how at the ends to deter theft ?

to be brazing you would use a brazing rod lead welding you melt a piece of lead
