He’s in Asia drumming up business for computer chip manufacturing in Texas. I believe it’s with Samsung, but could be wrong on that one. This hurricane is very early in hurricane season and very late for tornado season for Texas. But all Texans already know what to do except for the newest arrivals. After all Abbott is only a phone call away and his team is with him to keep him updated if need be.
