so by the looks of it. to do a overhall you can get away with pretty well a dial indicator and a torque wrench as the special tooling

Unfortunately, it is not shown how to choose the thickness of the thrust washers of the side gears of the differential.

They come "as is" in the kit.

I know, but with 1.05 washers, the differential is very weak.

Complete with 1.05 mm. Often this is not enough. I, for example, had to sharpen the washers 1.75 in order to ensure a normal differential tension.

In assembling the central differential, the versions I dismount have a steel ring that holds a cross as a whole, between the housing, this model does not have? It is not necessary ?

+Carlos Granjo if you have the cross pins it should be there. If fitting a HD pin like ours then no.
