I miss the foxbody sound! It was the first goal to achieve with my 2011, until I learned just how bad the flowmasters cabin drone is! And this car? This does NOT sound like a fox body, it sounds like a thrush cherry bomb catless monstrosity lol

Ya it is a little loud, but it doesn't sound bad at all, I am an H pipe guy myself, (haven't installed it yet) but x pipes are always rasspier for sure. Looks and sounds good!

On my 06 GT I have BBK long tube headers and a full stainless steel 3 in bassani with the bassani xpower x pipe I don't ever see anybody with bassani but it's deep and loud

Nope. Only way to go with Flowmaster is the Outlaws with an H pipe. Period.

Years ago I had an 01 GT that I put an O/R UPR x-pipe and dumped delta 40 Flows...on my daily that I drove 80 miles a day round trip lol....the drone was so bad I wanted to stick red hot pokers in my eardrums after a week 😂😂🤷‍♂️...system was swapped not long after that lol

Coyotes aren't mod motors. And if you think that Flowmaster chambered mufflers sounded good on the windsor 5.0s and 351s, then you actually think they do on the 4.6 and 5.4 as well, because same firing order and nearly identical sound.

I have the same headers with an MBRP H Pipe and their Street mufflers, this difference in sounds is absolutely insane. Flowmaster has really fallen off

No they haven't. Flowmaster delivers old-school muscle car sound, and always have. Deep, throaty, and no rasp. Today's Mustang exhausts have a ton of cracking and popping, like the MBRP setups do.

@@gnow5839 My 19 doesn't sound anything like that. In fact, I bet some think its stock with dual mode exhaust. I have those same LTH headers, NO CATS, Borla mid H pipe resonater and stock rear mufflers. Stock like idle and cruising with race car sound at WOT.

What kind of Flowmaster does he have? I have Flowmaster Outlaws on my 17 and it sounds nasty, NOTHING compared to that shit man!! Those look different than mine too.. Flowmaster taking some heat on here, justifiably so from the sounds on this video, but they're normally a nice, deep rumble without that raspy tin can sound but this one is totally opposite! I've got a few videos of my mustangs on my page and they've both had Flowmaster outlaws with LTs, resonator delete, CAI, Lund tuned.. Idk, but I agree with everyone that his sound terrible and should definitely go with a muffler change. Good looking stang tho brother

Just being honest, this does not sound good. It doesn’t sound like a muscle car should. My dad’s got a 2010 GT500 with the flow master outlaws, and they sound amazing. Extremely loud like these, but it’s a deep, throaty tone. I’d highly recommend the owner change from those to the outlaws
