LTU TriStar - Super 8 footage (improved copy 2017)

This is a Super 8 film souvenir of the LTU TriStar.
It was sold in the early 70s in Germany, I suspect. The original 8mm film is very reddish now. I have tried to improve the color of the film a little.

Mein 1. Flug überhaupt ging mit einer L1011 der LTU von DUS nach MIR und retour. Es rappelte und klapperte, war aber wunderbar. Danke für das Kurzvideo!

The LTU and the TriStar were one of the best.I have flown them several times.

EASILY the best trijet ever designed and produced hands down. On another note, if you wish to see an ex-LTU L-1011 as the focus of a feature suspense film, watch 'Passenger 57,' starring Wesley Snipes. The livery and interior are unchanged. The only things different are the name and logo of the fictitious airline.
